@FrazzledBrynn you might try bergamot essential oil or isolated linalyl acetate. Bergamot is the thing that makes black tea into earl grey. And while bergamot EO is made up of like a hundred different compounds, linalyl acetate is the one that is most characteristic of what's unique about it.
