When you put it this way, it's obvious that national sovereignty is important, but not as important as human rights, and when they come into conflict, we should side with human rights over sovereignty.first i would say that, no, don't put it that way, if we're using 'human rights' in a casual way, it's hard to make an argument that someone has a human right to twitter access in fact twitter makes it very clear that they can arbitrary ban whoever they want and restrict public access, so it's not an issue of free speech at all, it's a restriction of a private platform for refusing to abide by the laws of the country.
