fascism isn't some magical rare thing that only only comes from the fascaign region of france, it's just conservationism turned up, the ruling class saying the quiet part outloud. All the ideological idiosyncrasies really don't matter or at least are essential to the fascist project. like a lot of leftists won't include the Confederacy or The Black Hundreds as fascist for dubious reasons. This obsession with a movement looking like Nazi Germany or Mussolini's Italy is totally misguided, you're getting distracted by the historical and cultural particularities.
