currently experiencing a bug with KDE 6 that just straight up doesn't appear on google and I have no idea how to troubleshoot

so when I wake up my computer after locking it, the screen locker keeps shaking and saying "unlocking failed", repeatedly, without letting me do anything about it
I can't even try to type in a password or click 'switch user' or anything
