ngl, I hate when people think that all they have to do to make their software accessible to dyslexic people is to add support for opendyslexic. for one, there's a lack of evidence it actually helps and personally it's actually far less readable. line spacing options are just as if not more important. but on the fonts front, choices like Arial, Helvetica, Courier, and CMU (or dupes) can help.
