GTA online is so realistic that it comes with spam calls you can't block
who thought embedded systems needed javascript
I never thought I'd have to write my own random number generator and I never thought I'd have to write it in javascript, but it seems like I might
currently in the process of uploading the entirety of shrek 1 to my flipper zero (and running out of cool things to do with it, for now)
why am I like this
edit: as expected it's terrible, but all star was almost listenable
honestly, transmitting radio signals so powerfully that someone can hear you through their speakers is definitely one of the pranks of all time
that being I'm honestly not sure what the solution is (in this specific situation), radios are weird
but, like, with modern stuff it's mostly just tech breaking and not situations like someone transmitting 1000W of RF directly into your house
and while studying for my ham radio exam I have received zero information on how exactly tech could break if I mess with radio signals
instead the chapter on interference is mostly like:
Your neighbor is complaining that that their TV malfunctions and they can hear you through their speakers, do you:
A. get them some ferrite cores and tell them to deal with it
B. stop transmitting
C. blame someone else
D. call the cops
I have a ham radio license so I really should already know this stuff, but I guess the exam hasn't caught up to modern times yet
well, I now have a flipper zero
I know that the bluetooth stuff can fuck up medical devices (... had to be told that by people affected by it, which is not a good sign), anything else I need to be aware of
A breakdown of NZ's ban on autistic immigrants (AKA it's bigotry on many levels)
@darkphoenix @prinsje immigration systems are one of the most ableist (on purpose and by design!) things out there, and everyone thinks it's fine because it's a meritocracy or something
who on earth is playing (probably not) pop music near this one and why is the high pitched percussion 10x louder than the rest of it
I hope this email finds you at all.

is not being able to start conversations on this one's own computer-like behavior
that
explains a lot actually
and those that have a tight data cap can go fuck themselves in the name of capitalism I guess
I hate autoplaying videos on mobile so much
I have a data cap way higher than I'll ever use but that doesn't mean I like using any more mobile data than I have to
fun fact: it is mandatory to add "(ugh)" after mentioning fandom/wikia (ugh)
is there an adblocker for the steam overlay's browser / some proxy that can act as one?
browsing fandom (ugh) on it is horrendous
turnitin has no issues with .odt tho
I always forget that libreoffice doesn't save to doc(x) by default
